Each photo keeps when and where it was taken. Imported photos are labeled as imported.

Locked after signing
Signed change orders can’t be edited. Changes become Rev. 2, and every version is kept with a SHA-256 fingerprint.
The client’s language
PDF language is separate from the app language, with US, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and European layouts.
Contract totals
Original contract + approved changes = current contract sum, with the schedule change in days.
